Isolation Of Chemical Composition In Ixeris Sonchifolia (Bge.) Hance And Assaying Collected At Different Time

Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.) Hance is a genus of Compositae family plants and broadly used in clinited cure. They are distributed in neimeng,northeast and north of China commonly found in dry place.It is recorded in the book named Chinese folk medicine in neimeng province that it is bitter and pungent,used as a folk medicine in heat-clearing and detoxicanting,discharging of pus and eliminating blood stasis to relieve pain in China.For the past few years,the studies of chemical components and their pharmacological activities are increasing.Studies indicate that there contain many kinds of active ingredient,so they have precious medicine value.There is a kind of clinical medicine "die mai ling injection",which are made of the herbs of Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.) Hance.The scientists in China and south Korea have got several kinds of compounds in this plant since the research of Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.) Hance on pharmacological activities and used in clinic began in 1981.So in the present work,we gave further research on the basic of reviewing progress on studies of chemical components and their biological activities.There are several kinds activity component including flavonoids, adenosine and sesquiterpene lactone.But until now,there has no consummate quality evaluation criterion which can be used to evaluate Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.) Hance.In the present thesis,we extracted and isolated the chemical components from the alcohol extract of Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.) Hance using silicagel column,sephadex column,porous resin(D101) and HPLC etc. Totally eight compounds were obtained.We primarily identified the structure of 6 compounds of them according to mp,UV,HPLC,IR,¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR datas.The compounds are identified that:palmitinic acid,oleanolic acid,luteolin,pelargidenon,luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,adenosine.In our research,we also got the content of total flavonoids and total saponin in Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.) Hance by HPLC.They are:content of total saponin 71.63 mg/g;the max content of total flavonoids at June 16th is 135.3 mg/g and the least content at July 14th is 82.7 mg/g.Generally speaking,the primary component of the plant is flavonoids.Recent researches show that saponins in the plant also have been proved has remarkable biological activities.So we also got the content of both flavonoids and saponin in Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.) Hance in our research in order to give a basic data for the further research of Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.) Hance.In our research,we determine the contents of five components(oleanolic acid,luteolin,pelargidenon, luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,adenosine) in Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.) Hance collected at ten different time by HPLC,the max content of oleanolic acid at July 21th is 0.0952 mg/g;the max content of luteolin at July 21th is 0.443 mg/g;the max content of pelargidenon at Jury 21th is 0.112 mg/g;the max content of luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside at July 21th is 0.8214 mg/g;the max content of adenosine at June 9th is 0.205 mg/g.Investigate these contents variance in order to offer a scinene data to definite the best cull time.
