| Objective: To observe the effect of Sheng Ji Cu Yu Xi Yao on wound healing. Methods: The 56 cases were randomly divided into two groups: The treated group was fumigated and washed with Sheng Ji Cu Yu Xi Yao and then covered and fixed with asepsis gauze. The control group were applied with the regional treatment of surgery and the wound surface only was covered with asepsis auze. According to pharmic susceptive experimentation The patients electropositive germiculture received appropriate antibiotics to mainline. The differences on cure rate,effective rate, wound healing time, wound area reduced rate, and wound granulation tissue formation between the two groups were observed. Results: After 4 weeks'application, the treated group's cure rate was 72.73%,effective rate was 100%; and that for the control group were 43.33% and 86.67%,they had notable difference (P<0.05).The treated group obviously shortened the healing period(P<0.05).Wound area reduced rate of the treated group was higher in the 2nd week and the 4th week (P<0.05). The wound granulation tissue formation of treatment is superior to the control group (P < 0.05) . Conclusions : Fumigation and Washing of Sheng Ji Cu Yu Xi Yao can promote wound healing, improve wound healing probability and shorten the wound healing time. |
