Clinical Study On The Effect Of Catgut Implantation At Acupoint On Different Ages Of Female Patients With Simple Obesity

Objective: The article is to observe the effect of catgut implantation at acupoint on treating female patients with simple obesity and discuss the efficacy differences in different age groups, thus providing a reliable basis for the efficacy analysis for clinical treatment of female patients of different ages with simple obesity. Method: 110 cases of female patients with simple obesity in line with the inclusion criteria are selected and divided into four groups randomly according to their different ages, that is,Group1(under the age of 25), Group2(26~35),Group3(36~45),Group4(46~55).By the inter-group horizontal comparison and the vertical comparison of oneself, this paper observes the changes of patients'main symptoms, signs, physical indicators and laboratory index before and after the adoption of the therapy. Result: After two courses, the therapy decreased the bodyweight, body mass index , the lever of insulin,leptin and blood-lipid. Four groups had different therapeutic results. The total effective rate of the group 1 is 92.59%, of the group 2 is 86.67%, of the group 3 is 70.37% ,of the group 4 is 57.69% .Conclusion: This subject shows that treating female patients of different ages with simple obesity has very good efficacy,but different ages have different effect.The order of the total effective rate of different ages is group 1,group 2,group 3,group 4.
