| Objective:To approach the elementary mechanism of SCAP with the syndrome of tanreyongfei and to demonstrate that the important therapeutic method is huatanqingre,to observe the efficiency and adverse effect of sputum-chingNing for treating SCAP and the consistency of PCT in serum of the subject.Evaluate the safe and validity of sputum-chingNing and approach its partial mechanism of treating SCAPMethod:Sixty SCAP patients were randomly divided into two groups, Chinese and western medicine remedy group(n=30) and western medicine remedy group(sputum-chingNing) was added to western medicine remedy group(n=30).Respectively,before and after treatment PCT measured in one weeks,at the same time to observe the clinical efficacy.And the traditional Chinese medicine symptom of all patients were detected before and after one weeks formally.Results:After one weeks of treatment,two groups of severe community-acquired pneumonia in patients with symptoms have improved (p＜0.05),and the treatment group to improve the symptoms become more pronounced.PCT after treatment of the material content of the two groups were lower compared with before treatment there is significant difference (P＜0.01).Comparison of two groups of patients after treatment is also very significant difference(P＜0.01),that two groups of patients with PCT in blood decreased,and the treatment group significantly reduced.Conclusion:1.Ning-ching nebulized treatment of sputum with the improvement of severe community-acquired pneumonia in patients with the role of symptoms.2.sputum clearance allows Ning severe community-acquired pneumonia in patients with PCT content compared with the control group to reduce the more obvious. 3.There isn't any visible side efffects or side effects with severe consequence during the whole treatment.Chinese medicine for treatment of severe inhalation pneumonia in patients with community-acquired superiority. |
