Clinical Observation Of Suyushengji Powder To Promote Healing Of Infected Wound

Objective:this research is based on some theories of Chinese medicine and modern medicine about healing of the infected wound.The basis of exploring the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,this research gave the proof that suyushengji powder was better than the current clinical treatment of Western medicine and Chinese medicine in promoting the healing of the infected wound.Methods:sixty patients were randomly divided into three groups.The thirty one patients in the treatment group treated with external use of suyushengji powder;Thirty patients in the control 1 group treated with external use of shengjixiangpi ointment;and thirty patients in the control 2 group treated with external use of clean dressing.According to the changes of local signs of wound,indicators of wound healing and results of wound bacterial culture before and after treatment,in order to determine the efficacy of suyushengji powder to the treatment of infected wound.Results:In the promotion of wound healing,after three weeks,the treatment group's cure rate was 80.65%,which was better than the other two groups,the control 1 group(60%)and the control 2 group(25.81%),they had significant differences. From germieulture analysis,the treatment group was superior to the control groups,the total effective rate were 93.33%,70%and 57.9%,they had significant differences.In the changes of wound local signs,the treatment group had no significant differences to the control 1 group,but was more superior to the control 2 group,they had significant differences.Conclusion:Through this clinical design,suyushengji powder had good effect to promote healing of the infected wound,and had bacteriostasis to the mucocutaneous infection caused by common pathogens and opportunistic pathogens.
