Objective:To study the change of number and proportion of coal worker's pneumoconiosis peripheral T lymphocyte subsets and cytokines after WLL treatment and provide the immunology and clinic basis of CWPs'treatment.Methods:30 CWPs were selected, withⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲstage were 10 patients separately. TNF-α,TGF-β1, IL-6 in peripheral were detected by ELISA and T lymphocyte subsets were detected by flow cytometry after WLL treatment.Result:Compared with the control group, there are significant statistical differences in the increasing of the number of CD4+ cells , CD4+/ CD8+ ratio , content of TNF-αand the decreasing of content of TGF-β1, IL-6 in theⅠandⅡstages'CWP(P﹤0.01),but no statistical significance in the number of CD8+ cells(P>0.05),in theⅢstage ,there are statistical significance in the increasing of the number of CD4+ cells , CD4+/ CD8+ ratio , content of TNF-αand the decreasing of content of TGF-β1, IL-6(P﹤0.05),but no statistical significance in the number of CD8+ cells(P>0.05).Conclusions:WLL for the cause of coal worker's pneumoconiosis treatment, can increase the number of CD4 + cells and the CD4 + / CD8 + ratio, the content of TNF-αand reduce the content of TGF-β1, IL-6 .
