Clinical Obveration On Treating Eczema Of Damp-Heat Type By The Modification Of Jiaweixiaofengsan

Purpose:This study is aimed at to observing the curative effect and relapsing rate of the modification of Jiaweixiaofengsan on eczema of damp-heat type.Method:This study raised 60 patients with eczema of damp-heat type,the patients meeting the inclusion criteria of the subjects were randomly divided into treatment group(n=33) and the control group(n=27) by a nurse using a unique study random number generated by computer,each of which was contained in sealed,unlabelled envelopes,then with the excluding criteria,finally a total of 53 cycles were included(treatment group31;the control group 22), the two groups have no significant difference at age,gender and course of the diease(P＞0.05);The treatment group take the modification of Jiaweixiaofengsan and the dosage is one decoction decocted in water for tow times,oral am and pm one day;the control group take Citirizine(10mg) one time per night.Huangqin oleamen and piyan lotion were applied for patients in both groups.One course is two weeks and analyze the statistical scores of eczema area,extent of itching and itch after two courses.Result:(1)The patients of two groups before and after their EASI score,extent of itch and itch scores comparison,the effect after treatment was significantly better than before,P＜0.01;(2) The patients of two group with EASI score,extent of itch and itch scores comparison,the treatment group were significantly better than the control group,P＜0.01;(3)Compared to the control group,the relapse rate of the treatment group was better,but no significant difference, P=1.00.Conclusion:The curative effect of the modification of Jiaweixiaofengsan on eczema of damp-heat type is significantly better than cetirizine,patients with EASI score,extent of itching and itching scores was significantly superior to the control group,and the relapse rate of 3 months after treatment was significantly lower than the control group,the modification of Jiaweixiaofengsan can generally be recommended as an effective clinical method for eczema of damp-heat type.
