| Objective:To systematically observe the clinical efficacy of self-made anti-itch lotion in the treatment of children’s eczema with damp-heat immersion, and compare the symptoms before and after treatment to explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine anti-itch lotion on children’s eczema(damp-heat immersion). Methods:In this study,a total of 60 typical cases of mild to moderate pediatric eczema(damp-heat infiltration type)were collected.A simple random grouping method was adopted to divide them into two groups, namely the control group and the treatment group(30 cases each). It is planned to wash with anti-itch lotion, and the control group will be given Erfukang lini with wash for two weeks.By filling in the questionnaire, the whole body pruritus, target skin lesion morphology,TCM syndromes, etc.of the two groups of children are compared before and after treatment.Happening.Results:1.The total effective rate of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group.2.The scores of target skin lesions of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the test group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05)3.After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were less than before treatment, and the test group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).4.The scores of itching degree after treatment in both groups were lower than before treatment, and the test group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant.(P< 0.05)Conclusion:1.Self-made antipruritic lotion can significantly relieve the itching symptoms and target skin lesions of children with mild to moderate eczema(damp-heat immersion type).2.Self-made antipruritic lotion can alleviate the TCM syndromes of children with mild to moderate eczema(damp-heat immersion type).3.Self-made antipruritic lotion is better than Erfukang liniment in mild to moderate pediatric eczema(damp-heat immersion type). |
