Medical service market itself is different from the specificity of the general market. There are certain limitations.in the price mechanism . Medical services belong to the scope of public goods. The Chinese Government controls the price of the medical service. The price of medical services can not reflect the value of the Medical labor and health care which does not reflect the supply-demand relationship reduce the enthusiasm of doctors and result in inadequate compensation for the hospital. Driven by profit, the hospital had to drug "dependent hospital" ,and resulted in medical rising costs, personal and social burden of medical expenses increasing. Prices for medical services in the formulation and adjustment of reasonable control was considered an important means for medical expenses.Based on the above basis, the study on China's existing medical service prices becomes yery important.The cause of the use of health management, health economics and public policy analysis of the major theoretical study, combined with the price of medical services in our country .Through the use of SPSS software in Taizhou city in Jiangsu province health care services ,the price adjustment related to data analysis, we affirmed the medical services price adjustment to reverse the hospital which can raise the medical drugs. The role of the phenomenon in the empirical analysis basis, put forward the improvement of health care and effects of price reform recommendations. To explore the development of medical services price management theories and methods, we should encourage the health care providers to control medical costs. We should encourage medical institutions to raise the level of technology, management, service qualityt, improve the utilization of health resources, and ensure that medical and health undertakings of the healthy development of a strong theoretical and practical significance...
