Moxibustion Combined With Acuption-injection For Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Object: To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis with moxibustionMethods: Single-blind, randomized, controlled clinical research and design methods will be adopted , All cases are divided into moxibustion combined with acupoint-injection group (referred to as: the treatment group) and Point-injection group (referred to as: the control group). Treatment groups: patients in hospital to complete point-injection treatment, the treatment with the compound 4ml Danggui Huangqi Injection 4ml mixture , injected the liver Yu (B18) 2.5 ml, the stomach Yu (B21) 2.5ml, the zusanli(S36) 3ml each side, on both sides of the turn treatment. After hospital treatment, moxibustion therapy at home on their own, specific way to use up Moxa Moxibustion the zhongwan (CV12), the zusanli (S36) .Acupoint injection therapy the next day, moxibustion treatment 15 minutes daily .Control group: Point-injection treatment with the control group, without moxibustion. Both groups for 3 months, respectively. Before and after treatment recorded or patients symptoms of the Observation Scale for statistical analysis.Results:1, Both moxibustion combined with acupoint-injection and points injection are the effective therapys for treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.2, Moxibustion combined with acupoint-injection can significantly improve the CAG patients clinical symptoms.3, Moxibustion combined with acupoint-injection for treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is more effective, than point injection; After statistical testing, the main and sub-deficiency disease of the treatment group compared with the control group are all P<0.05. There is significant difference between two treatment groups. The treatment groupto improve the patient's clinical symptoms is better than the control group.4, Moxibustion combined with acupoint-injection for treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is safe and effective course of treatment no side effects.Conclusions: 1, Two groups of therapy are the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and effective therapy.2, Moxibustion combined with acupoint injection group are more effective than point-injection group for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.3, Moxibustion combined with acupoint-injection group for treatment of CAG is the safe and effective method.
