| ObjectiveTo research the significance of clinical manifestation and the prognosis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura associated with Mycoplasma pneumonia infection in children.Methodsclinical manifestation and the prognosis of 26 children in MP-associated ITP group and 170 children in none-MP- associated ITP group,statistical comparision of these two groups was proceeded.ResultsOf the 26 cases of MP-associated ITP,13(50%) were at 5-10 years of age,20(76.9%) were femal,18(69%) cases' duration of illness is longer than 2 weeks.ConclusionMP-associated ITP in children at 5-10 years of age is more then at other age. MP-associated ITP in femal children is more then in male children.Among the MP-associated ITP,the duration of illness is likely longer. |
