China's Agricultural Cooperative movement was led by the Communist Party of China, through a variety of forms of mutual assistance and cooperation, the means of production based on individual private ownership of agricultural economy, and the means of production into public ownership as the basis for the agricultural cooperative economy. This social transformation process was also known as the collectivization of agriculture. Small and dispersed small-scale peasant economy established after the agrarian reform can not be achieved in the further development of productive forces, the need to organize and cooperative in order to increase production of food, the development of agricultural production. After the founding of new China, in order to protect and guide the national farmers'activities based on land reform; to overcome the decentralized management of the difficulties that occurred, and to rapidly increase in the production of ample food and clothing and took to the road, the CPC central committee on rural production and timely implement a gradual development of the agricultural cooperative movement.During the same period,along with the agricultural cooperative movement to flourish,the rural cooperative medical care is also occurred in the 50,60ages in the 20th century,the agricultural cooperative movement's climax in the rise,it is the development of agricultural cooperative movement of natural birth.Although China's cooperative medical system first appeared in the Anti-Japanese War and social medicine and health care cooperatives,but after the founding of agricultural cooperative movement started and rural collective economic status so that the establishment of cooperative medical care has undergone an precedented development.In 1958,the national cooperative medical coverage up to 10%,in 1962,nearly 50%,to the last century,the mid-70s while 90%.Since then the agricultural cooperative moevment as a result of a nose-dive,the collapse of the basis of collective economy and the party's decision-making factors such as changes in the principle of cooperative medical care system led to the rapid crack.It largely certificates agricultural cooperative movement and cooperative medical service has a mutual influence,mutual promotion,mutual relationship between the brake.China's Agricultural Cooperative Movement and Rural Cooperative Medical System is the origin and development of a specific historical period of political and social product,also the result in the specific political,economical environment.This article will focus on agricultural cooperative movement as well as the rural cooperative medical care in this period of vigorious development,the relationship of agricultural cooperative movement and rural cooperative medical care.The study has reached the following conclusions:Firstly,the agricultural cooperative movement has close relationship with the development of rural cooperative medical system. The agricultural cooperative movement is the background and foundmental cause of cooperative medical system.Secondly,the rural cooperative medical system should pay attention to the relationship of indusive institutional change and forced institutional change;or the relationship of peasants'willings and the governments'intervence.Thirdly,although the agricultural cooperative movement and rural cooperative medical care system both collapse of the early 80s, the experiences and lessons is still worth to be learned,especially the experience about cooperative medical care during that period and the characteristics of it is still useful to the development of new rural cooperative medical system .
