Objective1,Evaluation the difference of chemotherapy effects between the blood stasis syndrome and non-blood stasis syndrome in patients with breast cancer by18F-FDG SPECT/CT(18F-FDG coincidence single photon emission computed tomography/multi-detector computed tomography, 18F-FDG SPECT/CT).2,Comparison the baseline value of T/B between the blood stasis syndrome and the non-blood stasis syndrome in patients with breast cancer.3,Research the relationship between the chemotherapy sensitivity and the value of R(△T/B[1-(T/B)after chemotherapy/(T/B)(before chemotherapy]of the blood stasis syndrome and the non-blood stasis syndrome in patients with breast cancer to explore the Mechanism of the effect of the impact of chemotherapy between the blood stasis syndrome and the non-blood stasis syndrome in patients with breast cancer.MethodsTyping according to syndrome differentiation by traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes(TCM) before chemotherapy in 62 patients with diagnosed breast cancer. There are divided into blood stasis syndrome and non-blood stasis syndrome. At the same time, the first time of 18F-FDG SPECT/CT examination was performed.Then,10 days after 2 cycle of chemotherapy, the second time of 18F-FDG SPECT/CT examination was done.Record the maximal diameter of all target lesions which measured by CT of 18F-FDG SPECT/CT and calculation the T/B of all lesions(target lesions and non-target lesions).According to the criteria of RECIST(Response Evaluation Criteria In Solid Tumors) to determine the chemotherapy effects.Investigate the relationship in the blood stasis syndrome and the non-blood stasis syndrome in patients with breast cancer, chemotherapy effects, the sum of maximal diameter of target lesions, the baseline value of T/B of 18F-FDG SPECT/CT,and the value of R△T/B.Results27 cases of patients with blood stasis syndrome and 35 cases of non-blood stasis in 62cases of breast cancer. The baseline value of T/B in the type of the blood stasis syndrome in patients with breast cancer is 9.83±6.51,and the non-blood stasis syndrome is 6.11±4.60(P=0.017).The efficiency of chemotherapy of the blood stasis syndrome is 33.33%,and the non-blood stasis syndrome is 71.43%.(X2=6.916,P=0.009<0.01).The value of R△T/B in the type of the blood stasis syndrome in patients with breast cancer is 23.53±48.13,and the non-blood stasis syndrome is 55.01±27.73(P=0.004).Conclusions1,The efficacy of non-blood stasis syndrome is better than the blood stasis syndrome.2,The baseline value of T/B of18F-FDG SPECT/CT in the type of the blood stasis syndrome in patients with breast cancer is higher than the non-blood stasis syndrome. It can be used as a reference index for the the blood stasis syndrome and non-blood stasis syndrome in breast cancer.3,The value of R△T/B in the type of the non-blood stasis syndrome in patients with breast cancer is higher than the blood stasis syndrome. This prompted a correlation between the Syndromes in patients with breast cancer,R△T/B and chemotherapy effects,it is worth further study.
