Cutaneous Lymphoma: A Study Of Two Cases

Objective:This paper details two rare cases of cutaneous lymphoma' clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatments,in order to provide some reference to diagnose and treat in early stage of Paget(Pagetoid Reticulosis) case and Subcutaneous Panniculitislike T Cell Lymphoma.Methods:Collect and analyze the clinic dates of two cases of diagnosed cutaneous lymphomas in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University by our hospital in 2008.Results:Due to the various manifestations in cutaneous lymphoma's early stage and atypical symptoms in some cases,the missed diagnosis is not rare.Thus the detailed records of case history and requisite tests are necessary for the potential patients of cutaneous lymphoma.Based on analysis of the results of the tests,the clinic symptoms and the case history, the cutaneous lymphoma could be diagnosed and categorized in time.And the diagnosis in early stage and proper treatment are critical to improve the prognosis.
