Auxiliary Endocrine Therapy Of Prostate Carcinoma Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: To observe the effect of endocrine therapy in patients with late prostate carcinoma with therapy of Futaan and qianliexianaixiedingfangMethods: 1.Grouping the study objective :32 male sufferers group in two teams :Team A which has 17 were cured with western medicine.Their ages are between 67.4±8.3.Their course of disease is 6 months.Team B which has 15 were cured with western medicine.Their ages are between 67.2±8.2.Their course of disease is 6 months.When the two groups patients joined the group ,personal ill histories,compassion illnesses and basic character,we didn't find statistic sense.The diagnosis accorded with《The guide of Chinese uropoiesis surgery disease's diagnose and curing》.And all of them belong to original prostate carcinoma. 2.Examination method:PSA, prostata's volume , liver and kidney of examination have been done before, in and after the treatment.Before joining the groups,their kindneys and livers were all functioning well. the USA BECKMAN COULTER-LX20 ins- trumen was used to examine their liver and kidney function. The USA BECKMAN COULTER-AC.T instrument was used to examine their PSA. Germany Siemens's B-mode ultrasonic diagnostic equipment was used examine their volume of prostate. 3.Look-in index:We evaluated the cura- tive effect by the patients'clinic symptom improvement,all kinds of experi- ment index improvement.We took security in account and entirely evaluated its clinic effect. 4.Statistic method:We used Rigit checkout and analysis to know the clinic symptom improvement rate and curative effect- tion analysis.We used(x±s) and t test to know the clinic data distributing and all kinds of experimental data. Results: The volume of prostate of the teams'patients has been decreased after the half a year'curing.It has statistics difference (P﹤0.05),but it has't statistics difference (P﹥0.05)it has't statistics differ- rence (P﹥0.05)between two teams.PSA of two teams'patients gone down obviously. It has statistics difference (P﹤0.05), but it has't statistics difference (P﹥0.05)between two teams. liver and kidney function ,dysuria of the team A's patients have changed obviously. They have statistics difference (P﹤0.05). liver and kidney function ,dysuria of the team B's patients haven't changed obviously. they haven't statistics difference (P﹥0.05). They haven statistics difference (P﹤0.05)between two teams.
