| Objective: Summarized clinical results of 200 cases with prosthetic valve replacements,to improve curative effect, avoide operative complications and reduce operative mortality.Methods: 200 cases of prosthetic valve replacements from Oct 1995 to Oct 2008 were included, male in 106, female in 94. Aged 16-55 years old. Mitral valve replacement(MVR) was performed in 165. Aortic valve replacement(AVR) was perfomed in 12 and both mitral and aortic in 23. Associated procedures were tricuspid annuloplasty in 32,left artrium thorombectomy in 26.Result: The early death were 13 cases (6.25%), LOS in 8 cases. Ventricle rhythm in 4 cases. Abnormal anticoagulation in cases.Conclusion: The choice of appropritately operative chance, skilled technique, myocardial presevation, and presevation of cerebroembolism and hemorrhage were the keys to get an excellent result in patients performed valve replacement after closed commissurotomy. |
