Effect Of SIMOTANG On Endotoxemia Of Patients With Chronic Severe Hepatitis

Objectivet:To explore the curative effect of the SIMOTANG oral liquid in the prevention of chronic severe hepatitis and its endotoxemia. Have offered the theory and clinical basis for the thing that the SIMOTANG oral liquid treats chronic severe hepatitis and its endotoxemia auxiliarily.Methods:Bases on the randomize, control designed , clinical trial was performed in our study.40 cases of the early stage and metaphrase were divided into two groups,ie,therapeutic group(the group of SIMOTANG oral liquid and complex therapies) and the control group (the group of single complex therapies).Two groups were 20 cases respectively. On the bases of complex therapies,the therapeutic group was treated with the SIMOTANG oral liquid (20ml per times,three times daily) .After 4 weeks therapy, we would compare the clinical effect between two groups.Results: At the end of the therapy ,compared with the control group,the serum ET level of the treatment group was much significantly lower(P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the serum TBIL level of the treatment group was no much significantly lower(P>0.05); Compared with the control group, symptom score of the treatment group was much significantly lower(P<0.05),and at the first,second,third,fourth week, the symptom score on distension of the treatment group was much significantly lower(P<0.05). Compared with the control group,the effective rate of the treatment group was no much significantly lower(P>0.05).Conclusion: Clinical reserch proving,the SIMOTANG oral liquid can promote the dicharge of endotoxin and reduce its obsorbed,the SIMOTANG oral liquid can obviously improve the patient's abdominal distension symptom,improve the patient's life quality.
