| Objective:To investigate the relationship between the parameters of vascular resistance changes of fetal's MCA,RA,UA and UBA with oligohydramnios of unknown origin in late pregnancy by color doppler ultrasound technolog;after that to provide relevant information of clinical for prediction fetal intrauterine hypoxia with oligohydramnios of unknown origin in late pregnancy.Methods:40 cases of pregnant women in late pregnancy with oligohydramnios of unknown origin were studied(A group).(no other complications and complications of pregnancy,single births and the exclusion of fetal malformations),40 cases of pregnant women in Late Pregnancy with normal amniotic fluid volunic(no other complications of pregnancy and complications,single births and the exclusion of fetal malformations) as control group(B group).Detect resistance parameters such as MCA,RA,UA and UBA blood flow resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI), systolic/diastolic blood flow velocity(S/D value) by color doppler ultrasound.First analysis the two group the parameters of vascular resistance of MCA,RA,UA and UBA,MCA and UA,RA and UA and RA between the RI,PI,S/D ratio of the value and analysis them,then the perinatal outcome of post-natal followed-up.Results:(1) RI,PI and S/D of MCA in oligohydramnios group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).RI,PI and S/D of RA in oligohydramnios group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in RI,PI and S/D of UA and UBA between two groups(P>0.05).(2) the value of RI,PI,S/D of MCA compared,with the RI,PI,S/D of UA or RA' s respectively and the value of RI,PI,S/D of UA compareed with the RI,PI,S/D of RA in oligohydramnios group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05);(3) the perinatal adverse outcomes happen example in oligohydramnios group were significantly increased than those in control group(P<0.05).(4) There were no significant differences in the delivery mode between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Detect the RI,PI,S/D value of MCA,RA,UA by color doppler ultrasound technolog with oligohydramnios of unknown origin in late pregnancy, then the artery from the RI,PI,S/D value of it compared to analyze them,the prediction of fetal hypoxia is better than one of single artery,a single indicator of detection,early detection of abnormalities,timely intervention,to improve the quality of perinatal are a convenient,noninvasive and reliable detection methods;whether UBA can be used or not as the detect indicators to prediction fetal hypoxia with oligohydramnios of unknown origin in late pregnancy still need to be further explored. |
