| objective: Observation of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT)sync with platinum chemotherapy treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and adverse reaction. Methods : 36 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were divided into twogroups according to treatment sequence, each of the 18 cases, A group using three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, chest irradiation 2Gy per fraction, five fractions per week, a total of 5-8 weeks, the total dose of 50-80Gy; In the first week of radiotherapy at the beginning of sync with the two platinum-containing programme paclitaxel combined with cisplatin such as chemotherapy, repeated every three weeks, radiotherapy after the end of the consolidation cycle, 2-3,a total of 4-6 cycle. Group B using conventional radiotherapy, chest irradiation 2Gy per fraction, five fractions per week, a total of 4-7 weeks, the total dose of 40-70Gy; sync with the chemotherapy group A.Results: The overall respense rate of A and B group were 44.4% and 22.2% (P<0.05)respectively, there was a significant. The median survival time were 18 months and 12 months respectively. The 1- year overall survival rate were 94.4% and 77.8%.The 1-year local control rate were 88.9%and 55.6% respectively. There was no esophagitis and pneamonitis more than grade 3 in each group. And the differences of toxicity rates between the two groups were statistically insignificant. Conclusion: Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy sync with platinum chemotherapymarkedly improved in advanced non-small cell lung cancer survival rate without increasing the incidence of toxic reactions. |
