| Objective:To investigate the effect of maternal cardiac function on the pregnancy outcomes, and explore the influence of opportunity and pattern of terminating pregnancy on both mother and infant outcomes in pregnancy complicated by heart disease.Method:We retrospective analysis of various medical records of 60 cases diagnosed pregnancy by heart disease from January 1st 2000 to June 31th 2008. Results:Rheumatic heart disease was the predominant type. There was 3 cases opearationed by artificial abortion because of cardiac disease,1 case was abortion because of heart failure complicated by preeclampisa heart disease in 24~+ weeks. 55 cases delivery, the mean pregnancy time was 37.94±1.97 weeks. The total and the ratio of patients in NYHA classesâ… ï½žâ…£and the cesaren section rate respectively were 20,36.36%,42.11%;15,26.79%,93.33%;9,16.07%,66.67%and 11,23.21%, 72.72%.The cesaren section rate is 1.89 times than vaginal delivery in these patients. The worsen of maternal cardiac function, the abdominal delivery rate increased. The mean gestational time from NYHA classesâ… ï½žâ…£respectively was 38.5±1.24 weeks, 38.5±1.36 weeks,37.8±1.45 weeks and 36.5±3.41 weeks. The maternal cardiac function more worse than the pregnancy time more shorter.Heart failure appeared at 36.72±2.88 weeks, the mean birth weight of babies were 2.89±0.51kg.The pregnancy time prolonged, the ratio of asphyxia and perinatal mortality lower(P<0.05). Cesarean section can help control maternal heart failure, the ratio of heart failure in cesarean section group less than vaginal delivery group. Conclusions:Regular prenatal care can help pregnant women complicated by heart disease safety in perinatal. The effect of outcomes major depend on the maternal cardiac function in pregnancy complicated by heart disease. The opportunity of terminating pregnancy based on the categories of heart disease and cardiac function.Stopping pregnancy in right time can decrease both mother and infant complications morbidity and mortality. Selective cesarean section is more safety for pregnancy complicated by heart disease. |
