General surgery hernia is a common disease and frequently-occurring disease. Hernia which is prominent in patients with body tissues or organs due to membrane breakage is an important part of basic surgical technical education and has been caught the attention of general surgery doctors for long time. In North American and European countries, epidemiological statistics found the incidence of inguinal hernia of 0.1% ~ 0.5% and the incidence of abdominal wall hernia rate of 2% ~ 10%. Tension of conventional surgery to have surgery, will damage the Organization Depar tment direct suture. In the middle of 1990s, the United States and some Western developed countries, through the use of the methods for the repair mesh hernia surgery without tension, has achieved the rapid development and dominant position in the world. Since 1996, tension-free hernia surgery in China has been gradually adopted by a number of medium and large urban hospitals. Unfortunately, its penetration is far lower than that from United States and Western countries. It is due to the slow updated primary hospital medical technology. The other reason is that the hospitals depend on imports with the high price.Based on this reason, it is urgent to develop the independent intellectual property rights in China and the economic conditions for the majority of patients with hernia repair network that can be accepted imminent.
