| Background Following the increase of estrogen and progestogen in early pregnancy, endometrium decidualizaed and filled with large amount of uterine natural killer celles(uNK), which have a phenotype of CD56brightCD16-. Many research have confirmed that uNKcelles participate in the immune relationship of mother to fetus, regulate villose invasion,placental formation and the remoding of uterine blood vessel, thereby play an important role in the maintenance of normal pregnacy, but the resource of uNKcell is still unclearly known. It's generally think that uNK celles are recruited of the CD56brightCD16NK cell of peripheral blood, chemotatic factor and adhesion molecule may take part in this process. Integrin which composed byα,βsubunit, is an important group of adhesion molecule. In inflammatory reaction, integrin play an important role in leukcyte and lymphocyte's extravasation and recruitment. In this study, we investigate the expression of integrina4 (CD49d),integrinam (CD11b) and integrinavβ3 (CD51/61) on CD56brightCD16-NK cell of the peripheral blood and decidua in early pregnant women and the peripheral blood in missed abortion women.Objective To investigate the expression of integrinα4 (CD49d),integrin am (CD11b) and integrin avβ3 (CD51/61) on CD56brightCD16-NK cell of the peripheral blood and decidua in early pregnant women and the peripheral blood in missed abortion women.Method Peripheral blood samples were collected from early pregnant and missed abortion female, and uNK cell were isolated from the fresh decidua of early pregnant female by mechanical trituration and Ficoll gradient centrifugation. The fluorescent intensity of the integrines were detected by FCMResults The expression of CD49d and CDllb on CD56brightCD16-NK cell of peripheral blood in early pregnant women is higher than in the first trimester decidua(P<0.01), and also higher than in missed abortion women (P<0.05); while there is no signifcant statistics discrepancy of the expression of CD51/61 on CD56brightCD16-NK cell in peripheral blood compared with that expression in first trimester decidua of early pregnant women and peripheral blood of missed abortion women.Conclusion CD49d and CD11b may play an important role in the recruitment of uNK cell in early pregnancy and participate in the maintenance of normal pregnancy. |
