| ObjectiveTo eveluate the effects of fructose on metabolic changes after cesarean section in gestational diabetes mellitus patients by comparing with gluctose+insulin group. To assess the effects of fructose on the control of blood gluctose and assist to select the way of fluid replacement after cesarean section.MethodsGestational diabetes mellitus patients after cesarean section were inculuded and divided into the fuctose group and the gluctose+insulin group.Record and compare the datas between two groups.ResultsIn the collecting patients of gestational diabetes mellitus, there are no significant differences between the fuctose group(34) and the gluctose+insulin group(36) for the serum glucose in 6 hours after the cesarean section (P>0.05).But the fluctuation of serum gluctose in the fructose group is less than the other group. The incidence of hypoglycemia after the infusion of fructose is lower significangtly(5.9%v.s.33.3%).There are no side effects in both groups in the next 3 days after the infusion.ConclusionsThe fuctose has no direct stimulation to the secretion of the insulin in gestational diabetes mellitus patients. The serum glucose changese mildly and the incidence of hypolycemia is lower after the infusion of fuctose. It conduce the recovery of the patients. |
