ObjectiveTo compare the effects on sexual function and psychological health after transabdominal hysterectomy (TAH), transvaginal hysterectomy (TVH) and laparoscopic total hysterectomy (LTH).MethodsThree groups, TAH group, TVH group and LTH group, were respectively established by collection of 100 TAH cases,100 TVH cases and 40 LTH cases, age from 45-54, with one year follow-up postoperatively. The results of the questionnaire on sexual function and psychological health were analyzed and compared 100 hysteromyomectomy cases were used as the control group with the same standard.ResultsIn the aspect of sexual function, compared to the control group, hysterectomy of the group's age<50 years old has no obvious effect on the sexual function, the three surgical approaches of hysterectomy also have no significant differences when compared with each other (P>0.05); but in the group's age>50 years old, the scores of FSFI, the control group>TVH group>LTH group>TAH group, there is an obvious difference when the TAH group is compared with the control group and the TVH group respectively (P<0.05). In the aspect of psychological health, compared to the control group, hysterectomy of the group's age<50 years old have no obvious effect on psychological health, the three surgical approaches of hysterectomy also have no significant differences when compared with each other (P>0.05);but in the group's age >50 years old, the scores of CHQ-12, the control group
