Clinical Study Of Gu Bao Oral Solution Treating Osteoporosis In Postmenopausal Women By Survey Curative Effect

Abjective:To investigate the curative effect and its possible mechanism of Gu bao oral solution at treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.Method:According to randomized controlled trial,80 patients osteoporosis in postmenopausal women on extremities were treated with two medicines in Foshan Hospital of TCM, they were randomly divided into two groups. From 2009.6-2009.11, One was treated with Gu bao oral solution (n=40);The other was Calcium Supplement with VitaminD chewable Tablets control group (n=40). they were observed clinical symptoms and the bone mineral density (BMD) and the blood biochemistry before treatment and at the 3th,6th month after treatment in both groups. By comparison of intragroup symptoms scores improvements at different time of treatment period. and the bone mineral density(BMD) and the blood biochemistry target change situation at the same stage of treatment.Results:Gu bao oral solution group in the lumbodorsal region ache, the lower limb incapable, Estradiol, aspects and so on. BMD have the remarkable improvement, and in the lumbodorsal region ache and neck of femur BMD, and BALP improvement aspect surpassed the Calcium Supplement with VitaminD chewable Tablets group obviously at the all stage of treatment (P<0.05);the lower limb incapable and BGP, Estradiol improvement aspect surpassed the Calcium Supplement with VitaminD chewable Tablets group obviously at the the second stage treatment (≥6 months) (P<0.05); Femoral neck BMD was better than Calcium Supplement with VitaminD chewable Tablets group (P<0.05);In general effect and lumbar BMD and osteocalcin were similar Calcium Supplement with VitaminD chewable Tablets group at the all stage of treatment (6 months) (P>0.05);Gu bao oral solution hasnot obvious Gastrointestinal reaction.Conclusion:In treating osteoporosis in postmenopausalwomen, Gu bao oral solution was effective and safe, with few Gastrointestinal reaction. Gu bao oral solution cloud reduce symptoms of the lumbodorsal region ache and the lower limb incapable. and so on. To Increase BMD,raise Estradiol.It has good effectiveness of BMD of whole body. Gu bao oral solution hasnot obvious Gastrointestinal reaction, it has great value in clinical application. theory of TCM "Kidney Controls bone" is possible mechanism of action,It uses the protective effect of the Kidneyand regulate all body funtion to treat osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.
