EEG Biofeedback Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Children With Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder In Clinical

Objective:To observe the traditional Chinese medicine combined with EEG biofeedback therapy and traditional Chinese medicine alone two programs on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) clinical efficacy, clinical treatment through controlled trials to study the brain bioelectrical feedback combined with the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ADHDMethod:Randomized controlled trials met the study criteria were collected a total of 22 cases,11 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group and 11 in the experimental group to Chinese+EEG biofeedback treatment; control group only to the traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine orally 1/day course of 8 weeks. By comparing before treatment,8 weeks of treatment, improvement of ADHD symptom questionnaire and IVA-CPT test quotient scores 6 of the basic changes in the experimental group and treatment group evaluation of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder on clinical efficacy. Statistical analysis, the results with the mean±standard deviation measurement data was compared with t test, X2 test with count data.Results:After treatment, the experimental group and control group ADHD symptom scores decreased in the questionnaire, compared with that before treatment, were significantly different (* P<0.05); compared with the control group, the experimental group after treatment, scores of ADHD symptoms questionnaire decrease was more significant, significant difference (△P<0.05). Tips medicine+EEG biofeedback, Chinese medicine treatment can improve the 2 children with ADHD inattention, hyperactivity and other symptoms, the role of the former is better than the latter.IVA test the experimental group after treatment most of the basic quotient (combined control quotient, visual response control quotient, combined attention quotient, auditory attention quotient) scores were significantly improved compared with before treatment, a significant differences (P<0.05), the control group IVA basic quotient test scores of all slightly increased, compared with before treatment, no significant difference (P<0.05); contrast between the two groups before and after treatment IVA test the quotient of scores showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). Tips medicine+EEG biofeedback, Chinese medicine treatment programs to improve the 2 test quotient scores IVA no significant difference in the role.Conclusion:Chinese+EEG biofeedback, traditional Chinese medicine treatment of two kinds of programs on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder treatment are effective on clinical symptoms of ADHD and behavioral problems have significantly improved, the former better efficacy. Chinese medicine is a combination of EEG biofeedback on the effective rate of ADHD, and combined treatment with Chinese characteristics, the method has wide application, should be better promoted.
