Objective:To study the psychogical state, influential factors and the immune fuction of the recurrent abortion, the mental status mainly from two aspects: anxiety and depression; furthermore analyze the relationship of mental status and immune fuction. The results of this study will provide the psychogical intervention a new theoretical basis for recurrent abortion. Methods:Selected in March 2009~December 2009 visits to Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Gansu Province Reproductive Immunology Center,120 cases of recurrent abortion patients as study group, over the same period 111 cases of normal healthy women of childbearing age as the control group. Assessment of anxiety and depression in both groups with self-rating depression Scale (Self-rating Depression Scale, SDS) and anxiety rating scale (Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, SAS). Monitor the immune function of two group—CD3+T lymphocyte cells, CD3+CD4+Tcells, CD3+CD8+T cells, CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells and natural killer cells CD56+CD16+content with Flow Cytometry and calculat CD4+/ CD8+ ratio, analyse the relationship of psychological factors and immune function of the patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Results:1. Study group and control group of anxiety and depression were as follows: The incidence of anxiety and depression in study group was 69.1%,37.4%, moderate and severe was 14.1%,11.6%; while in control group the number just was 11.7%,6.3%; moderate and severe was 1.8%, have been statistically significant (x2=78.703, P<0.01;x2=32.338, P<0.01).2. The Pearson correlation analysis showed that study group anxiety and depression with age, number of abortions, and education level were positively correlated (correlation coefficients were r=0.781,0.901, P<0.01; r=0.808,0.861, P<0.01;r=0.644,0.782,P<0.01). 3. The relation of anxiety and depression study group of peripheral blood CD4+CD25+Tr cells and CD3+CD8+Tcells was significantly lower than the control group (t=-27.091 P<0.01; t=7.467 P<0.01); natural killer cells in peripheral blood CD56+CD16+was significantly higher in the control group (t=5.979 P<0.01), while the study group CD4+/CD8+ratio was significantly higher than the control group (t=5.248 P<0.01).4. The Pearson correlation analysis showed that study group anxiety and depression and CD4+/CD8+ ratio was positively correlated (r=0.201, P<0.05; r= 0.223, P<0.05); CD56+CD16+natural killer cells was positively correlated (r=0.181, P<0.05; r= 0.214, P<0.05); and CD4+CD25+Tr cells no correlation (r= 0.080, P=0.929,r=0.033, P=0.718).Conclusion:1. The anxiety and depression of patients with recurrent abortion were significantly higher than normal women of childbearing age.2. Recurrent abortion have some relevance of social psychological factors The survey found that the patients with older, frequency of abortions, high education have a more serious mental disorder than normal healthy women of childbearing age.3. The correlation of the patients' anxiety and depression with the changes in lymphocyte subsets shows that patients immotional factors influence cellular immune function, it is also an important cause of recurrent abortion causes.
