Objective: To study the EV71 virus encephalitis in children with peripheral blood CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ regulatory T cells(Treg) cell frequency and frequency of CD3-CD16+CD56+NK cells, CD3+CD16+CD56+NKT cells frequency correlation research,and CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Tregregulatory T cells(Treg) cell frequency, frequency of CD3-CD16+CD56+NK cells, CD3+CD16+CD56+NKT cells frequency variation characteristics and correlation studies.Selection methods: our hospital 90 cases of children viral encephalitis EV71 diagnosis, including 25 cases of children with severe, critically ill children with 65 cases, and set up the health control group 30 cases of children.Extract on the first day after diagnosis of venous blood 5 ml, using flow cytometry instrument on the serum levels of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ regulatory T cells(Treg) cell frequency,CD3-CD16+CD56+NK cell frequencies and CD3+CD16+CD56+NKT cells frequency testing, at the same time testing the WBC, CPR and blood glucose in patients with biochemical indicators.Results:(1) in each group children with CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg cells frequency and both had no significant correlation(r = 0.102, 0.075, p = 0.087, 0.198)no statistically significant difference;(2) in children with severe frequency group of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Treg cells was positively correlated with peripheral white blood cell count(r = 0.355, p = 0.355), no correlation with serum CRP;(3) in critically ill children with frequency group of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Treg cells was positively correlated with serum white blood cells(r = 0.507, p = 0.507), but with serum CRP no correlation(r =0.086, p = 0.086).(4) the frequency of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Treg cells and the analysis on the relationship between blood glucose, did not see positive results.Conclusion:(1)critically ill children with CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg cells frequency is obviously higher than that of children with severe and the control group, and critically ill children is significantly higher than the control group, EV- 71 viral encephalitis patients exist evident in the cellular immune response, and may be as the illness is aggravating, the response is more obvious.(2) children with CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Treg cells frequency and frequency of NK and NKT cells have no obvious correlation, but the frequency of NK cells and NKT cells was significantly positively related to frequency, prompt many factors affect the production of NK cells and NKT cells, NK cells and NKT cells may exist receptor homology.(3)CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Treg frequency close to the WBC of Treg cells, but there was no significant contact with CRP, WBC may and CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg cells frequency increases.(4) the frequency of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Treg cells and the analysis on the relationship between blood glucose, did not see a positive result, blood sugar was not involved in CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Treg cells of the immune response.
