Objective Dbutamine stress cardiac function measured blood pool imaging was used to predict the occurrence of the possible complications in the event of OSAHS(Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome) patients before clinical manifestations of cardiovascular complications, so as to intervene early and reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events malignant. Methods This study chooses 46 OSAHS patients without clinical manifestations,(divide them into three groups:mild, moderate and severe groups, respectively, acconding to AHI (Apnea Hypopnea Index)). It was compared with 17 cases of the normal group through resting and dobutamine stress gated cardiac blood pool imaging. Using VG5-HAWKEYE-type SPECT from GE the United States as the instrument, with low-energy high-resolution parallel-hole collimator. With labelling red blood cells in vivo, resting and blood-pool imaging were promered,400 cardiac cycle were collected respectively. The extent of the damage through the parameter analysis of cardiac function.Results①In the rest imaging, as the disease gets worse with OSAHS patients, various parameters of cardiac function are tending to decline, of which mild group and the control group have no significant difference, but 1/3FR(1/3 prak filling rate) and PFR(Peak filling rate) moderate group of was compared with the control group are significantly different.(t=2.470, 2.086; P= 0.020,0.046,respectively); severe group LVEF, PER(Peak ejection rate),1/3FR and PFR compared with the control group are also significantly different (t=1.677,2.407,6.923, 3.779; P 0.039,0.009,<0.0001,<0.0001, respectively).②In the stress imaging, various cardiac parameters decline evidently in the three groups, the rEF and 1/3FR of mild group were lower than the control group, with significant difference (P<0.0001 and P<0.001)③Correlation analysis of cardiac function parameters after the dbutamine imaging stress and PSG(Polysomnography) among the indicators showed that the systolic and diastolic parameters are negatively correlated with AHI, Tmax(The longest time of apnea), T<90%(The time of saturation lower than 90%),P<0.01, and positively related with the SaO2min(lowest oxygen saturation at night),P<0.01.Conclusion Dobutamine stress radionuclide cardiac blood pool imaging showed that abnormal rate of cardiac function parameters were up to 50% in the moderate and the severe OSAHS groups compared the normal control group, which indicates that more than half of the moderate and severe OSAHS paitents without cardiovascular disease clinical symptoms have been damaged in their cardiac function, and the extents of the damages was closely related with the severity of their diseases.
