| Objective To observe the effect of carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum on the function of cardiovascular, respiratory systems and arterial blood gas in Gynecology laparoscopic operation in different areas. Methods 45 ASA I-II patients that will undergo Gynecology laparoscopic operation at general anesthesia intravenously were chosen. There are 23 patients in plateau group (A) and 22 people in plain group (B). The abdominal pressure will be controlled between 11-14mmHg in the whole operation and people will be taken 200Trendelenburg position after pneumoperitoneum. Monitoring and recording the data of airway pressure, blood pressure,PETCO2 angthe figure of arterial blood gas at the time of 5 minutes after anesthesia(T1)(before pneumoperitoneum),5 minutes after pneumoperitoneum(T2),10 minutes after pneumoperitoneum(T3),20 minutes after pneumoperitoneum(T4).Results There are no significant difference between the two groups in the index of age, weight, and the time of pneumoperitoneum (P>0.05). There are no obvious changes of the HR between the two group people and that compared with T1 the data of Pmean,Peak,PETCO2,SBP,DBP,MAP,PH,PaCO2 on T2,T3,T4 all have a obvious change (P<0.05), but no significance difference between the two group. The value of PO2 between two group has a significant difference but no obvious variance. Conclusion CO2 pneumoperitoneum has a significant influence on cardiovascular, respiratory systems and arterial blood gas in Gynecology laparoscopic operation. Plain area can provid preferable oxygen reserve compared with Xining area. |
