Objectiv To compare of the effects of fluid administration before anesthesia induction and at the time of start of general anesthesia on systemic hemodynamics and blood volume, finding a more reasonable mode to infuse fluid. Methods forty ASAⅠ~Ⅱpatiens undergoing selective abdominal operations were randomly divided into two groups,group-A (administration of crystalloid before general anesthesia induction)and group-B(administration of crystalloid at the time of general anesthesia start immediaetly). The day before surgery all patients received conventional bowel preparations. Entering operating room, all patients received continuous monitoring: ECG, Heart Rate(HR), pulse oxygen saturation(SPO2), invasive and noninvasive blood pressure. In group A,lactated Ringer's solution(RL) was infused over 25min according the project of Miller's anesthesiology(the six edition) before induction of general anesthesia. In group B, RL was infused over 25 min according the project of Miller's anesthesiology(the six edition) at the time of anesthesia start immediately. Hemodynamic parameters were capared before and after anesthsia induction among groups. Before and after general anesthesia, measure the Hb every 10min.Result SBP,DBP,HR and MAP were significantly lower than the baceline values before induction of general anesthesia in both of the groups(P<0.01),the parameters were significant differences among group A and group B(P<0.05).After tracheal intubation, the blood pressure increased near the baseline blood pressure immediately. While the incidence of hypotension was significantly differences between two groups(P<0.05).Among the whole anesthesia induction the volume of RL were no significantly differeces between two groups(P>0.05). The incidence of hypotension in group A was significantly higher than group B(P<0.05) .Compare of the fluid retained in blood at the same moment, group B was lower than group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Adiministration of Ringer's solution for volue expansion before general anesthesia induction is no use for attenuating the severity of general anesthesia-induced hypotension.it is more efficiency adiministration fluid at the time of general anesthesia start immediately, and the systemic hemodynamics is more stable.
