Objective The comparability of detecting results of coagulation detecting systems with different principle were studied through valued fresh plasma calibration method to provide more evidence for the comparability of detecting results of different coagulation detection system.Methods (1)The comparative system X which was composed of Beckmancoulter ACL TOP auto coagulation analyzer,reagents,calibrators and quality controllers produced by Laboratories International,Inc.The other systems of STAGO STA Compact auto coagulation analyzer was experimental system Y.Plasma samples from different patients were collected and PT,INR,FIB,D-D are detected in both systems X and Y. Comparing the detecting results of two different detection system to analyze the comparability of different detection systems. (2) Use fresh plasma which is valued in systems X as calibrator to Calibrate system Y,and after that,PT,INR,FIB,D-D are detected in both systems X and Y and comparability of two different detecting systems are judged.Results Using valued fresh plasma calibrated system Y,there was no significant difference in results of FIB detection(P> 0.05)between two systems, but significantly different in results of PT(INR) and D-D detection(P< 0.05)between two systems.Conclusion Using valued fresh plasma calibrate experimental system,the results of FIB detection between two different coagulation detection system are comparable, PT(INR) and D-D are not comparable.
