| This experiment adopted the immunohistochemical method to detect the expressi-on of IMP-3 and IGF-II in normal endometrium tissue, atypical hyperplasia endomet-rium and endometrial carcinoma and their correlation was studied. To evaluate their effect and interrelationship in the occurrence and development of the endometrial carcinoma.MethodsThe expression of IMP-3 and IGF-II were examined in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasia endometrium and endometrial carcinoma by immunohistochem-istry staining,to analyze the relation between the two protein and clinical character of endometrial carcinoma and the correlation of the two protein.Results1.The positive expression rate of IMP-3 and IGF-II was 80% and 87.5%,higher than normal endometrium and atypical hyperplasia endometrium significantly (P< 0.05)2.There was no relationship between the two protein and the clinical stage and his-topathological classification (P>0.05)3.There was positive correlation between IMP-3 and IGF-II expression in endome-trial carcinoma (P>0.05)Conclusion1.The expression of IMP-3 and IGF-II in endometrial carcinoma was higher than in normal endometrium and atypical hyperplasia endometrium, but there was no correlation with clinical stage and histopathological classification.2.The expression of IMP-3 in endometrial carcinoma was positive correlated with IGF-II. |
