1. ObjectiveIschemic stroke is common and frequently-occurring disease in the central nervous system, and has characteristics of high mortality rate, high relapse rate and of the high rate of disability, It's incidence is the first one in our country, it is a serious threat to human life and affect the quality of human life. Currently the medicine of western medicine is very deficient on the treatment of ischemic stroke, but he research and clinical applications of traditional Chinese medicine in ischemic stroke has been the trend, in particular the research and clinical applications of resuscitation herbs. The purpose of this study:(1) to summarize the theoretical literature for Resuscitation; (2) to clear the exact of Resuscitation treatment for ischemic stroke and observe the efficacy of Resuscitation treatment for the same syndrome of acute ischemic stroke patients by prospective study on the basis of investigating the cause and pathogenesis of ischemic stroke.2. MethodThis study selects 70 patients with acute ischemic stroke which met the inclusion criteria, randomly divides into two groups,23 cases of Xingnaojing Decoction group,23 cases of the modify of Changpuyujin Decoction group, and 24 cases of combinations. We evaluate the efficacy of different Resuscitation by analysing the total effective rate, neurological deficit scores and ADL scores of assessment.3. ResultsClinical studies have shown that Qing Xin Resuscitation and Phlegm Resuscitation can significantly improve the prognosis of patients, and the total effective rate of three groups in the treatment of 3 days,1 week and 2 weeks was gradually increased. The total effective rate of Xingnaojing group and iris turmeric decoction group was 95%, and both methods combined total effective rate was 100%. And the neurological deficit score and activities of daily living score, the two methods combined with any of Resuscitation alone were statistically significant (P<0.05).4. Conclusion(1) Qing Xin Resuscitation, Phlegm Resuscitation and the combination in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke TCM Syndrome have the exact effect, and was more effective than Qing Xin Resuscitation or Phlegm Resuscitation.(2) The consciousness is not the standard of Resuscitation treatment of acute ischemic stroke.(3) The earlier use of Resuscitation treatment of acute ischemic stroke (TCM Syndrome), the better; use the longer, the higher the efficiency.
