Clinical Study Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion-Medicine Therapy In The Treatment Of Delayed Menstrual Cycle Of The Type Of Deficiency Of The Kidney

Objective:To conduct clinical study of Acupuncture and Moxibustion-Medicine Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of Delayed Menstrual cycle of the Type of Deficiency of the kidney, and to quantitatively record the symptoms and signs according to certain criteria, and evaluate the efficacy. To investigate the possibility of this new treatment to patients of this mentioned kind.Method:on clinical research,60 patients who according to the diagnostic standards, were classified to Delayed Menstrual cycle of the Type of Deficiency of the kidney were divided randomly into three groups. A group (take Jia Wei Gui Shen Wan Powder orally and acupuncture given), B group (Jia Wei Gui Shen Wan Powder orally), C group (Acupuncture and Moxibustion). Symptoms and signs were recorded throughout the study and were compared between the beginning and end of the study.Result:As the results, clinical efficacy of A group was significantly superior to the other two groups. The efficacy rate of A group is 95%, the efficacy rate of B group was90%, the efficacy rate of C group was 75%. There was significant difference between A group and B group (P<0.05) and there was significant difference between group B and C. Result of after-treatment among all groups shows significant difference comparing between A group and B group (P<0.05) and between A group and C group (P<0.05), n still shows significant difference between B group and C group. Physical signs of after-treatment among all groups shows the Group A is better than the others (P<0.05). Symptoms and main symptoms of after-treatment among all groups shows significant difference among 3 groups. In which, Group A has significant difference in treatment efficacy of decreasingly volume-infrequency menstruation and abdominal pain and lower back distending pain comparing other groups (P<0.05).Conclusions::Jia Wei Gui Shen Wan can nourishes yin to raise the blood, nourishes kernel, dispels symptoms such as bloating the pain-relieving to regulate menstruation function. The acupuncture and moxibustion has nourishes yin to raise the blood, promoting Qi, invigorates the kidney, regulates menstruation analgesic function. Hereby, with Jia Wei Gui Shen Wan combine with Acupuncture and Moxibustion, patients who suffering Delayed Menstrual cycle of the type of deficiency of the kidney have a prominency healing effect。Therefore, this method of treatment is strongly recommend to clinical.
