Clinical Trial Of Combined Therapy Of Dangguidihuangy In Decoction Integrated With Acupuncture Treatment For Patients With Delayed Menstrual Cycle Due To Kidney Deficiency

Objectives. To investigate the difference of the Dangguidihuangyin Decoction and the combined therapy of Dangguidihuangyin Decoction integrated acupuncture treatment for patients with Delayed Menstrual Cycle which caused by Kidney Deficiency in Chinese Medicine.Methods. All the 60 eligible patients with Delayed Menstrual Cycle were recruited into this clinical trail and randomly derided into 2 groups: treatment group (TC) and control group (CG). The treatment group were received the combined therapy of Dangguidihuangyin Decoction integrated acupuncture treatment; while all the patients in control group were received the pure Dangguidihuangyin Decoction therapy. All the patients were treated for 3 months.Resuts. 1. There was significant difference for the results of the pretherapy symptom-evaluated-mark substracting the post-therapy one between the treatment group and the control group(P＜0.05). 2. All the symptoms of the patients in treatment group has been relieved abviously. And there was a significant difference about the relief of the relevant symptoms between treatment group and control group(P＜0.05). 3. The relevant symptoms of the patients in treatment group, including stomachache were relieved significantly than the ones of contral group (P＜0.05). 4. The serum level of E2, LH, LH/FSH, T were changed significantly after the treatment both in treatment group and control group(P＜0.05).Conclution. The combined therapy of Dangguidihuangyin Decoction integrated acupuncture treatment can relieve the relieved the relevant symtoms of patients with Delayed Menstrual Cycle which caused by Kidney Deficiency in Chinese Medicine. And this therapy should be an effective treatment strategy for delayed menstrual cycle.
