Comparative Study Of 64-slice CT Coronary Angiography And Coronary Arteriography

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT angiography on diagnosis for coronary artery disease.Methods:From January 2008 to January 2010,a trial of 40 patients who were diagnosed coronary artery disease discharged from Jilin Province People's Hospital were taken 64-slice Spiral CT and coronary angiography, then a contrast study was taken between two of them.Results:Taking coronary angiography as gold standard, The sensitivity,specificity,positive and negative predictive value of 64-sliceSpiral CT in diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis is 93.2%,96.5%,94.8%与95.4%。Conclusion:As the nonintervention diagnosis method in coronary artery disease, the 64-slice spiral CT angiography is credible and should be popularized.
