| Purpose:To find and study the sensitive makers that predicted acute cardiovascular events in patients with stable coronary artery disease effectively. Then, the part of these patients was alerted much earlier. It is expected that the number of cardiovascular events is decreased.Method:256 patients with stable CAD referred for coronary angiography were divided into two groups: occurred cardiacvascular events group and none cardiacvascular events group. Patients'clinical, biochemical, angiographic characteristics and serum inflammatory factors were recorded and compared in one year follow-up time.Results:1. Total 28 patients suffered from major adverse cardiovascular events.2. There was not significant difference between two groups in age, sex, smoking, body mass index, coronary characteristics, medical treatment, concomitant disease. (P<0.05).3. FIB,Hs-CRP,sCD40L,MMP-9 was higher in cardiacvascular events group than in none cardiacvascular events group (P<0.05).4. Multivariate models for major adverse cardiacvascular events demonstrated that Hs-CRP,sCD40L and MMP-9 were independent risk factors.Conclusion:Hs-CRP,sCD40L and MMP-9 have important predictive value for cardiovascular events in patients with stable CAD. |
