The Comparative Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Concha Haliotidis Treating Refractory Ulcer

Objectives:To study the function of traditional Chinese medicine Concha Haliotidis treating refractory ulcer and development of Concha Haliotidis clinical application.Methods:46cases from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University and Inner MongoliaChifeng People's.Hospital outpatient and inpatients were collected,which divided into the average of the two groups. A group used the traditional Uygur oil to apply Wound Surface and the other used Concha Haliotidis powder. We observed healing time of patient's wound surface, and calculated the cost of change dressings.Results:the average healing time and cost were 36.4±8.3 days and￥427.2±17.5 respective, which used traditional change dressions.The goups of Concha Haliotidis powder were 21.5±6.7 days and￥187.9±13.4 respective. There was signifcant difference (P< 0.05) between the traditional Uygur oil and the goups of Concha Haliotidis powder in the healing time and cost of the wound surface after statistical treatment.Conclusions:Refractory ulcer has been hackneyed in clinical surgery field. The method of traditional change dressions achieves the purpose of fast cicatrisation difficulty but traditional Chinese medicine Concha Haliotidis may reduces the wound surface healing time obviously and saves patient's medical care costs simultaneously. Accordingly, Concha Haliotidis are worthy of clinical development and application.
