| Coaches and athletes have most concerns about training and recovery. People are paying great attention to how to balance training and recovery before matches and how athletes are able to get recovered quickly. In this research, a certain combined approach is used on select Shanghai middle-distance race athletes to study the effect of such approach on their recovery before matches. The study is expected to provide the reference for selecting the approach of sports fatigue recovery, and to guarantee the effectiveness of the training before matches.In this study,6 Shanghai middle-distance athletes were selected as the research target for duration of 3 months. The research methodologies include literature consultation, experimental method, questionnaire survey method, and mathematical statistics method. The instruments used in the research include urine protein target measurement instrument (Guilin Medical Electronic Instrument Plant), lactic acid content measurement instrument (YSI); creatine kinase measurement instrument, cardiotachometer (Finland POLAR Heat Rate Collection Management System), vibromasseur (Lianya Vibrator), ice machine,4 120cm-tall barrels and stopwatch.Combined with morning-pulse rate and psycholigical index RPE, the after-sport inspection during 2009.8 and the middle of 2009.10 of how physically biological index of male medium-or-long-run athletes of Shanghai varies such as BLA,CK,BU, etc. reflects their body issue's fatigue. The Significance analysis of the data will be conducted by the average calculated by EXCEL of two groups of data by Combination therapy and those of data not by it and the following Paired t test two-sample mean over the averages, the results of which are expressed in mean+-standard deviation.The main purpose of the study is recovery methods of sports fatigue of middle-distance race athletes. The findings show that (1) Comprehensive restoration therapy can promote the body after exercise fatigue elimination of blood lactate, make the heart rate, serum creatine kinase, urine protein and other physiological and biochemical markers returned to normal. (2)It is better to improved emotional state. and it's also better to sports fatigue. (3)Combination therapy can quickly eliminate fatigue. But the mechanism remains to be explored further. |
