Effect Of Long-time Scalp Acupuncture Combined With Conventional Therapy On Limb Dysfunction In Young And Middle-aged Patients With Recovery-Phase Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective Using objective accepted rehabilitation curative effect evaluation standard and evaluation system,comparing the curative effect gap of long-time scalp acupuncture combined with conventional therapy and conventional therapy on treating on limb dysfunction young and middle-aged patients with recovery-phase cerebral hemorrhage,in order to provide effective treatment options for lyoung and middle-aged patients with recovery-phase cerebral hemorrhage and improving imb dysfunction.Methods Using the randomized controlled blind method of clinical trial,divided 65 young and middle-aged cerebral hemorrhage patients who compliance with diagnostic criteria into two groups,conventional therapy(control group)was 33 cases,long-time scalp acupuncture combined with conventional therapy(treatment group)was 32 cases.The control group was using medicine internal medicine treatment,rehabilitation treatment and body acupuncture,on the basis of this,the treatment group add long-time scalp acupuncture which using the penetration needing Baihui Sishencong for 8 hours.The acupuncture and rehabilitation treatment time are five times a week,ten times one couse,to cure two courses.Both groups of patients evaluated the scale of Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment(FMA)Modified of Ashworth Scaleand(MAS),Activities of Daily living(ADL),and clinical efficacy of Stroke before treatment,one course after treatment,two courses after treatment,the end of treatment after 1 month.Results 1.the Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment(FMA):Compared with before treatent,after one course after treatment,two courses after treatment,the end of treatment after 1 month,the two groups’scores of FMA were increased(P<0.01).On the each assessment point,the scores of FMA in the treatment group was better than the control group,(P<0.01).After two couses of treatment,Compared with before treatent,on the each assessment point,the scores of the upper limb,hand and lower limb of the Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment:were increasedP<0.01).On the two courses after treatment,the end of treatment after 1 month,the scores of upper limb,hand FMA in the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).On the each assessment point,the scores of lower limb FMA in the treatment group was better(P<0.01).2.the Modified of Ashworth Scaleand(MAS):Compared with before treatent,on the each assessment point,the two groups’scores of MAS was raise,even the score of the course of treatment after 1 month was higher than the before treatment(P<0.01).After the course of treatment after 1 month,the scores of MAS in the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).3.the Activities of Daily living(ADL):Compared with before treatent,after one course after treatment,two courses after treatment,the course of treatment after 1 month,the two groups’scores of ADL were increased(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,on the each assessment point,the scores of ADL in the treatment group was better(P<0.05).②3.Traditional Chinese medical curative effect index:After two couses of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.88%,the control group was 81.82%,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were different(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.4.Safety and compliance evaluation:the safety of the treatment group was 100%,and the abscission rate was 7.14%.The safety of the treatment was high and the patients compliance was good.Conclusion Both long-time scalp acupuncture combined with conventional therapy and conventional therapy had good work on limb dysfunction young and middle-aged patients with recovery-phase cerebral hemorrhage,improved the quality of life,and relieved the spasm process.While long-time scalp acupuncture combined with conventional therapy have good curative effect on limb dysfunction young and middle-aged patients with recovery-phase cerebral hemorrhage,could improve the movement ability of limb movement,relieved the spasm process,improved the quality of life,and high safety.
