| ObjectiveTo assess the clinical value of gasless laparoscopy-assisted operation in urinary surgery.MethodsThe clinical data of 236 patients in urinary surgery who underwent different types of gasless laparoscopy-assisted operation were retrospectively analyzed. The surgical technique and its advantages and disadvantages were evaluated.ResultsAll of the 236 gasless laparoscopy-assisted operations are successful. In the renal carcinoma group, the operation time was 50 to 135 minutes; and the mean blood loss was 30 to 220 ml. In the adrenal tumor group, the operation time was 40 to 100 minutes; and the mean blood loss was 30 to 100 ml. In the renal cyst group, the operation time was 10 to 15 minutes; and there wasn't any blood loss. For all the patients, the average time of indwelling drain was 2 to 3 days. And the average hospitalization time was 5 to 7 days. Follow-up ranged from 0.5 to 6 years, and all the 236 patients survived disease-free.ConclusionsGasless laparoscopy-assisted operation in urinary surgery is much better compared with classic open surgery. And it has several advantages which laparoscopic surgery doesn't have. So gasless laparoscopy-assisted operation has a good clinical application perspective in urinary surgery. |
