TCM Iontophoresis On Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Clinical Observation

Objective:TCM iontophoresis on chronic hepatitis B liver depression deficiency of the spleen in order to observe the physical therapy for chronic hepatitis B.Methods:Choose from may 2009 to December 2009,Hunan Uni-versity of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of 60 cases of outpatient and inpatient services, patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely,treatment of group and the control group.Twe groups of conventional Western medicine Have anti-virus (lamivudine,adefovir dipivoxi,entecavir), liver (glutathione,ganlixin), Chinese medicine decoction (six gentlemen decoction chaishao),and symptomatic supportive care.The treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy was added HD-91-Ⅱtype liver disease therapy instrument(Beijing Hong-bo Technology Development Corporation) TCM iontophoresis. Point Selection:Yang Ling quan,Zu san li,Yin ling quan,A shi xue,Gan shu,Qi men. Chinese Medicine Iontophoresis:Using Bupleurum 150g,Atractylodes 150g,the drug decoction,juice 350ml,into the beaker,throngh HH·W21·420-type electric water tank heated to 100℃temperature condensed into a 300ml,each time taking 10ml,with the 2x2cm gauze leaching concoction liver disease therapy instrument electrodes affixed to the board,tell the patient supine or sitting position,according to the above-mentioned points placed,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲthree frequencies used interchangeably toⅠ-frequency-based day treatment time,each 30 minutes.In the control group to regular treatment. Treatment groups were treated for 4 weeks,liver disease therapy instrument TCM iontophoresis 6 times a week.TCM symptoms before and after treatment,clinical symptoms and signs,liver function,adverse reactions were compared.Results:After treatment,Chinese medicine treatment group compared with iontophoresis control group conventional treatment effect is significant.1.Symptoms and signs Points:treatment for 4 weeks,the integral value of the two groups was statistically significant difference (P < 0.05), prompts two points on the improvement of TCM significant difference,in which the treatment group than in the control group can obviously improve the symptoms.2.Liver function:treatment for 4 weeks,the two groups of liver function (ALT,AST,TBIL,A/G) compared to the treatment group compared with the control group after treatment was significantly (P< 0.05),prompts two pairs of improvement of liver function are significant differences, in which the treatment group the treatment group than in the control group can improve liver function. Conclusions:TCM iontophoresis on chronic hepatitis B patients with a good,safe and good.
