ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Shuganjianpihuoxue Granule on patients of the model of stagnation of liver-Qi with deficient spleen and extravasated blood with CHB Meanwhile this research try to investigate the functional mechanism of Shuganjianpihuoxue Granule and provide scientific clinical basic for its product and use。MethodsEighty cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,each 40,one for treatment and the other for control,observeded by double blind method.For treatment group,treated by ShuganjianpihuoxueGranule,otherwise in control group,treated by Liganlong Granule。The course of this research is 12 weeks。The study was designed to investigate the changes of clinical syndrome,physical sign,liver function before and after the treatment by physical and lab test。Bvaluation criteria1.Main curative effect evaluating indicator:Alanine aminotransferase (Alt)Aspartate aminotransferase(Ast)Total bilirubin(TbiL)2.secondary curative effct evaluating indicator:The indication grades of TCM3.safety target:In treatment in front and back observation general physical examination item(like T,P,R,BP),blood normal regulations, urine normal regulations,muck normal regulations and concealed blood, kidney function,electrocardiogram and bad reaction with observation safety index sign。4.curative effect analysis:The curative effect of TCM syndromeResult1.The curative effect of enzyme dropping:The treated group:obvious effective rate 77.50%,total effective rate 90.00%;The controlled group:obvious effective rate 70.00%, total effective rate 85.00%.The effective rate of treated group was better than that of the controlled group,but there are not statistics difference between two groups(P＞0.05)2.The curative effect of TBIL,DBIL:The treated group: obvious effective rate50.00%,total effective rate67.50%; The controlled group:obvious effective rate 42.50%, total effective rate 62.50%.The effective rate of treated group was better than that of the controlled group, but there are not statistics difference between two groups (P＞0.05)3.The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome:The treated group:obvious effective rate87.50%, total effective rate 95.00%;The controlled group:obvious effective rate 72.50%,total effective rate 87.50%.The effective rate of treated group was better than that of the controlled group,and there are have statistics difference between two groups(P＜0.05)ConclusionPass clinical observation,enunciation Shuganjianpihuoxue granule ability obvious improvement slow theB liver the model of stagnation of liver-Qi with deficient spleen and extravasated blood sufferer clinical symptom,improvement liver function,lower ALT,AST,TBIL level,Shuganjianpihuoxue Granule have the same curative effect on CHB of syndrome as the Liganlong Ganule.It have not the serious side effect in this clinical research.The Shuganjianpihuoxue Granule is the effectual and secure medication to the model of stagnation of liver-Qi with deficient spleen and extravasated blood with CHB from the research.
