The Study Of The Correlations Between The Diagnosis Of Gastroscope In The Patients With Gastric Carcinoma And The Tongue Manifestation

Objectives:Explore the correlations between the diagnosis of gastroscope in the patients with gastric carcinoma and the tongue manifestation.Method:60 patients suffering from gastric carcinoma were closen to explore the correlations between the diagnosis of gastroscope in the patients with gastric carcinoma,the tongue manifestation,diagnsis of pathological and Hp. and using statistics withχ2 test.Results:1. Tongue manifestation in patients with gastric carcinoma have some differences which is often due to age, endoscopic different stages. Tongue manifestation in patients with early gastric carcinoma often performance normal, and it often performance purple color, ecchymosis tongue, sublingual venae varicose, yellow greasy tongue fur in the patients with advanced gastric carcinoma.2. The team which observed white pale tongue, endoscopic mucosal lesions mostly performance pale or red and white to white-dominated color.Patients who performance yellow greasy tongue fur, especially in BorrmannⅢtype,endoscopic mucosal lesions mostly performance ulcers, erosive activities such as inflammatory change phenomena; lesions around the state, mostly mucosal swelling of the mucous membranes, secretions sticky; lesions covering more than yellow moss, moss and other filth.Conclusion:The diagnosis of gastroscope in the patients with gastric carcinoma and tongue manifestation have some correlation, suggesting that tongue manifestation can reflect the situation of the diagnosis of gastroscope in the patients with gastric carcinoma in a certain degree,and it can help us for clinical treatment.
