| Objection:To observe the effect of Xuezhianâ…¡with TC,TG, HDL-C,LDL-C,ApoA1,ApoB,Ox-LDL,MDA-LDL of experimental hyperlipidemic rats and discuss the possible mechanisms of the effects by it.Methods:Establish a model of experimental hyperlipidemic rats fed with high-fat diet, were randomly divided into:the normal control group(n=9) and the model control group(n=9). Xuezhianâ…¡high dose group(n=9),Xuezhianâ…¡medium dose group(n=9), Xuezhianâ…¡low dose group(n=9) and Simvastatin group(n=9). the content of ApoA1,ApoB were detected by Immunity turbidity law,the level of HDL-C,LDL-C,TG,TC were detected by Enzyme law, ox-LDL and MDA-LDL were detected by Elisa.Result:Animal experimentation result show that:â‘ The level of TC,LDL-C,Apo-B in Xuezhianâ…¡high dose group,Xuezhianâ…¡medium dose group,Xuezhianâ…¡low dose group and Simvastatin group were significantly less than the model control group (P<0.05),the level of HDL-C,Apo-A1 were significantly more (P<0.05); Xuezhianâ…¡high dose group,xuezhianâ…¡medium dose group,Simvastatin group were no difference (P>0.05).â‘¡the Ox-LDL and MDA-LDL of Xuezhianâ…¡high dose group,Xuezhianâ…¡medium dose group and Xuezhianâ…¡low dose group were less than the model control group (P<0.05). Xuezhianâ…¡high dose group,Xuezhianâ…¡medium dose group were better than Xuezhianâ…¡low dose group (P<0.05)Conclusion:The study shows that:â‘ Xuezhianâ…¡can decrease the level of lipid, adjust the level of lipid, Maintains the normal level; the level of Ox-LDL and MDA-LDL is less. compare to the Xuezhianâ…¡high dose group,Xuezhianâ…¡medium dose group,Xuezhianâ…¡low dose group, there is no difference between Xuezhianâ…¡high dose group and Xuezhianâ…¡medium dose group (P>0.05). |
