The Research Of Bi Syndrome In Zhang Zhong-jing Formual

Objective:From the research of bi syndrome in the medical classics-《Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber》and《Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases》, we intend to know the classical formulas further and make a systematical classification and analyses of Zhang Zhongjing's academic ideas for studying and as a guidance of how to use the herbs and formulas in the clinic.Methods:Choosing thirteen formulas treating bi syndrome from《Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber》and《Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases》, for example Dang Gui Si NiTang, Wu Tou Tang, Gui Zhi Shao Yao Zhi Mu Tang, Huang Qi Gui Zhi Wu Wu Tang and etc. Detailed analysis of the induction of its compatibility and specific drug effects from its original content and original composition of the formula, and listing the experiences and characteristics of the formulas which used by the famous ancient doctors and the author, and collecting the effective cases of using the formulas by modern physicians, as for, how to connect the theory of the formula and the use of it in the clinic.Results:In the classic books《Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber》and《Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases》, Bi syndrome is divided into three types, cold dampness pain Bi, wind dampness heat Bi and deficiency of Ying,Wei, Qi, and Blood. Talking about the original content and the original composition of the formulas of the individual syndromes in-depth, and how to effectively use the therapeutic treatment of warming, dispelling cold, removing dampness, clearing heat, tonifying and strengthen the resistance to treat the three types of Bi syndrome.While playing the flexible characteristics of compatibility of formula which Zhang Zhongjing used it to cure the Bi syndrome。 Conclusion:Zhang Zhongjing learned from《Huangdi's Inner Classic of Medicine》, and created thirteen typical formula to treat the Bi syndrome, describing the pathogenesis and pathomechanism of the Bi syndrome in the special chapter.There is a unique insight into the use of ancient formulas, and it is a practical guidance of treating the modern rheumatoid arthritis, so it is really a classic treatment of bi syndrome what should be learned and mastered by clinical physicians.
