Glossoscopy is one prevalent way to diagnose and treat in traditional Chinese medicine.Purple tongue is common in the clinical.It is of major clinical significance in cuing the severity of pathogenetic condition, signifying the turnover of disease and guiding the treatment actively.Objects:Observe the tongue cancer patients, Seek the close relationship with tumor of the tongue,and to provide theoretical support for further researches.Methods:In outpatient and ward of Heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital affiliated one and Harbin medical university hospital affiliated tumors, Acquisition the basic material of malignant tumor patient, using digital cameras with tongue, All of the patients, summarized the tongue and statistics, the most closely with tumor tongue.Results:The survey identified a total of 2862 patients,1637 male patients,1225 male patients, Average age 54.2 years.The survey found that: different tongue cancer patients in probability, with purple tongue appear higher rate,accounting for 53.5%. Purple tongue cancer patients in different rate is different, but with purple tongue appear not obvious difference.Conclusion:1. Purple with tumor tongue closely relationship2. With all kinds of purple tongue cancer percentage no obvious difference.
