ObjectiveTo study the value of the markers in early diagnosis in male type 2 diabetic nephropathy (T2DN),we determined the urinary albumin to creatinine ratio (UACR),the resistance index of interlobar artery of kidney(IRARI),and the urinary alpha-1 microglobulin (Uα1-MG).We also calculated the estimated glo-merular filtration rate(eGFR).Methods75 male type 2 diabetic mellitus (T2DM) patients were selected as observation group in this study,all the patients correspond to the 1999 diagnostic criteria of diabetic mellitus by WHO.According to urine albumin to creatinine ratio(UACR),the patients were divided into two groups:normoalbuminuria group (n=37,UACR≤22mg/g),microalbuminuria group (n=38,22mg/g
