| Objective:To investigate the treating law of the plasma cell mastitis fistula by the combined method of Chinese and Western medicine/integrated therapeutic method, Methods:Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 41 patients with plasma cell mastitis fistula period from April 2000 to December 2009 in the Shandong Traditional Chinese Medicine University Hospital Breast thyroid surgery, classified and established the Excel table summary, using SPSS 17.0 statistical software package, summarized efficacy advantages. Results:All patients used areola fistula excision and primary suture combined with Chinese Medicine treatment of Qinggan Xiehuo Lishi, recovery rate was92.68%, efficiency rate was100%; the average hospital stay was 12.95 days; followed up for six months without recurrence. By t test, statistical analysis of symptoms and signs before and after treatment reached significant effect (P<0.01); by X2 test, compared to the treatment of grades and course literature line control, P<0.01, treatment which can be seen in this group has fewer hospital days, recovered high recurrence rate and so on. Conclusion: Fistula excision of plasma cell mastitis is the last resort for curing fistula, lesion duct under the nipple resection is the key, if necessary, require orthopedic surgery nipple line; surgical treatment is the best time to regression of inflammation; a suture significantly shorten the healing time, relieve pains; Qinggan Xiehuo Lishi in Chinese medicine to promote the lesions in the treatment of narrow limits, wound healing and prevent recurrence. Compared with other treatment methods, Areola fistula excision and suture combining traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of plasma cell mastitis fistula have the advantages,heighten efficiency, shorten the course, reduce injury and recurrence rate is low; provided a new research ideas to the fistula period of Plasma cell mastitis in the path of integrative medicine. |
